Burkhard Steel Industries is supported by a modern manufacturing infrastructure developed to deliver precision, quality, and consistent performance in steel flanges and pipe fittings. Our facility is equipped with 5 Mandrel Plants for manufacturing elbows ranging from 2” to 30”, 3 Cold Forming Machines with capacity from 2” to 20”, dedicated Elbow and Tee Beveling Machines, and 20 Lathe Machines to ensure precision machining operations. The production setup further includes 20 Hydraulic Presses ranging from 150 MT to 2500 MT capacity, enabling efficient forming and manufacturing capabilities across diverse product requirements. For superior surface finish and metallurgical control, we operate a Shot Blasting Machine, 3 Electric Heat Treatment Furnaces, 5 Oil Fired Heat Treatment Furnaces, and 1 Gas Fired Heat Treatment Furnace. Our manufacturing strength is supported by Third Party Qualified Welders and advanced welding facilities including SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW processes, ensuring dependable product quality and compliance with industrial standards.

To maintain the highest standards of quality assurance and inspection, Burkhard Steel Industries is equipped with advanced testing and analytical instruments including Digital Hardness Testing Instrument, Universal Tensile Testing Instrument, Spectrosort CCD Spectrometer, Spectro Max, PMI Instrument, Ultrasonic Testing Instrument, X-Ray Instrument, Gamma Source, Helium Leak Test Machine, Electrometer, and Microscope for IGC Testing. Our in-house testing capabilities cover a complete range of inspections including Universal Tensile Test, Spectro Analysis, Positive Material Identification (PMI) Test, Impact Test, Ultrasonic Test, Radiography Test, Helium Leak Test, Dye Penetration Test, and Intergranular Corrosion Testing (Practice A & E). These facilities ensure that every product manufactured by Burkhard Steel Industries meets stringent quality requirements and delivers reliable performance across demanding industrial applications.
